Yes, today I tried the first completed batch of my homebrewed Bladen Bagel Ale.

Here’s the recipe:
Smash up three green apples with two plain bagels in a plastic bag. Put that plastic bag in a plastic bag. Put it in a tupperware type container with a lid. Let it ferment for 1-3 days.

Then boil that in some water with a TAB and three packs of cider-mix. Use a spaghetti strainer to get out the chunks. Cool, and enjoy.

It sure has a kick!
