Back from what might as well be the dead…Posted by Teh Genexor on Jan 23 2007 6:25 pm.Filed under News. |
Yeah…
Sorry I haven’t been around…
Life’s been hell in a handbasket lately…
Well… first off, Gene is 18 today…
Thus the last of the members (albeit I’m not an “original” member per se) of Bladen Force are adults…
But, many things have come to pass, and I’ve come to understand my friendship with “Jazon” and how it almost got destroyed by a mutual “friend” of ours… (No Coyote, not you)
I now feel as though my role in Bladen Force is becoming more of a character (but not currently a character) and also as a support, and idea guy… Cause, from time to time Jazon runs ideas by me… although, I don’t see him nearly as often as I used to…
But, alas, from time to time, I may bring anyone who wishes to know up to date on things in the computer world… like hardware and software and Linux (mmmm… Linux)…
So…
I don’t have much to say, except that I hope I can somehow try again as a solid member of this “force” of ours…

The fact is, Gene, that being a character is a full-time job! You have to stay in touch, stay friends, and keep hanging out and making jokes to inspire new material involving your character in the comic. That’s how it works. The design process for much of Bladen Force comic material is actually informal. It just comes from sitting around shooting the shit. So you may be far more influential than you think.

Whore
Happy Birthday
And yes, as Coyote said the skills required are very strenous and it’s a hard job…you gotta keep yourself fit to do it.
