I haven’t updated the comic in over two years, but today, I am updating it specifically for my friend Chris. He passed away on Monday. He was one of the best friends that Gene and I have ever had, and though he occasionally had his spats with Coyote and Mason, he was always a welcome member of the Bladen Force team. RIP man. The world won’t be the same without you.

Well, the power supply didn’t really explode, but huge clouds of smoke did pour out of it and it made a distinct sound like “BZZZZZZZZZZ” and the acrid stench of fried electronics filled my nostrils. Needless to say, I am now trying to get a new one so that I can scan and ink comics digitally.

This comic was drawn entirely by Wacom tablet, however, I am not good at drawing without my own non-tablet scans to trace. I’m just not a tablet ninja yet.

The last panel used to have an actual drawing in it, but Mason suggested I use another MMORPG for added funny, and I agreed. Also, Runescape is terrible and I wasted most of my middle and high school life on it. So sad.

Originally posted on 01/22/2007, this comic was meant to convey that I was working on refining my drawing style, and to show that, I showed a sketch on the front page of Amara from Coyote’s Amara the Deathless idea, later just called Amara.

This comic was made when E3 announced they were no longer going to run E3 as we know it, and that it will be severely scaled back and less amazing. It was a sad day for us all. It was meant to parody the ending to Metal Gear Solid 3. This is also the first appearance of Señor Culebra, the Mexican Solid Snake that was an inside joke between my friends and me.

In this comic, I attempted to recreate how I felt about Star Wars: Battlefront II. I love it, but it’s severely unbalanced.

Stal-Mart is basically my take on Wal-Mart, except that it’s run by the Army’s clone of Joseph Stalin. This was from the failed Christmas storyline where Jazon tries to interrupt Coyote’s horrible Christmas play to save Christmas.

A classic joke. I don’t think I really need to explain this one. It’s still the same vector art that takes forever and a day to do.
